Michael Tracy is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 40 years of experience. After honing his skills in leadership roles with large corporations for 15 years, Michael embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in 1998. He founded OMNI Human Resource Management, which flourished into a prominent Midwest consulting firm.
Under Michael's leadership and guidance, OMNI grew to encompass a team of over 25 HR professionals and served a diverse clientele of more than 600 for-profit and non-profit organizations. Michael's success stemmed from his unwavering commitment to aligning people, performance, and results. He established a solid reputation for a practical and results-oriented approach within the HR field.
Following the successful sale of his company in 2022, Mike and his wife focused on family pursuits and traveled extensively for a year. He currently continues to leverage his expertise through board positions and volunteer activities, including his service as an adjunct faculty member for HR programs at Friends University. Michael's business focus extends beyond human resource activities, as evidenced by his extensive involvement in board and leadership roles for various professional and non-profit organizations over the past 25 years. He currently serves on the board of a manufacturing firm and actively contributes his time and expertise to several non-profit boards and advisory boards.
Michael holds a BA from Ripon College and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
